Thank you for choosing 153 Richdale, we’re excited to host you! Please enjoy your time and make yourself comfortable. Helpful tips and home information can be found below. WIFI:
The WIFI network name is BonjourRichdale and the password is ABS%12rte
Checkout:
Checkout is at 11am. We do not require any special instructions - enjoy your day!
Kitchen:
Please enjoy the complimentary coffee. Additional paper towels, trash bags, and soap are located underneath the sink.
Bathroom:
To operate the shower, please turn the handle counter clockwise. Turn the handle to about the 3 o’clock position for a comfortable temperature. Additional towels, toilet paper, and blankets are located in the front bedroom armoire dresser (bedroom next to living room)
Thermostats:
To adjust the temperature (heat only), tap the center of the screen, set your desired temperature, and select how long to apply. Watch a brief video here
Yard:
The first floor unit above is also operated as an Airbnb. Please note, the yard is reserved for the top floor unit at the property.
General:
Please no smoking, pets, or parties in or on the premises.
Parking:
One off street parking pass is located on the refrigerator - please return prior to departure (there is a $100 replacement fee). Simply place on your dashboard to park anywhere on Richdale Ave. Please note that there are parking restrictions on the third Friday of each month (odd numbered side of the street) and on the fourth Monday of each month (even numbered side of the street), from April 1st through December 31st.
Trash/Recycling:
The trash/recycling bins are located by the fence in the rear of the house. Recycling are the larger blue bins and trash are the the smaller bins by the fence at the back of the house.
