How we Started

Musi Management was founded on Joe Musi’s passion for real estate and his desire to share that experience with others. Joe is a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent with Steve Bremis Realty Group and an Airbnb Superhost, with hands-on experience owning & operating short-term, mid-term (including travel nurses), and long-term rentals.

While Musi Management officially launched in 2022, its roots go back much further. Joe’s earliest exposure to property management began in childhood, accompanying his father on routine maintenance visits to a Medford two-family and mixed-use building in East Boston. That early foundation shaped his practical, hands-on approach to managing real estate today.

Joe is a graduate of Boston University and spent many years advising Fortune 500 companies as a technology consultant - bringing a systems-driven, professional approach to operations, client service, and execution.

Today, Musi Management delivers a modern, responsive, and owner-focused property management experience. We hold ourselves accountable to both property owners and residents, with a commitment to transparency, reliability, and results.
