Welcome to Medford!

 

Thank you for choosing 45 Bowen, we’re excited to host you! Please enjoy your time and make yourself comfortable. Helpful tips and home information can be found below. If you have additional questions or need assistance, call or text Joe at 617-388-7071 or through the Airbnb app.

WIFI:

The WIFI network name is “MOTO5C5E-5G” and the password is vm4dwxayrk

Checkout:

Checkout is at 11am. We do not require any special instructions - enjoy your day!

​

Kitchen:

Please enjoy the complimentary coffee. Additional paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent are located underneath the sink. The light purple soap dispenser is hand soap. All ceiling fans are controlled via the wall switches. 

 

Bathroom:

To operate the shower, please turn the handle counter clockwise. Turn the handle to about the 3 o’clock position for a comfortable temperature. Additional towels, toilet paper, and blankets are located in the closet directly across from the bathroom (bi-folding doors).

Office Space:

External monitor with HDMI cable are provided.

Thermostats:

To adjust the temperature (heat only), drag your finger up (raise temperature) and down (lower temperature) along the right side of the Nest thermostat. Watch a brief video here

General:

All of the shades in the home can be raised/lowered by pulling the bottom bracket (no pull strings), with the exception of the master bedroom. Please no smoking, pets, or parties in or on the premises. 

​

Parking:

Unit 2 is provided two off street parking spots. Please park on the asphalt portion of the driveway, parallel with the white fence. The EV charger (NACS & J1772) is available to guests for a small fee - please contact Joe for details  This charger is shared with the first floor unit.

​

Trash/Recycling:

If you are staying for more than one week, trash pickup is every Friday morning and recycling is every other Friday. Trash is the smaller green barrel and recycling has a blue lid. Both are located on the left side of the house when facing from the street. We recommend putting out barrels the night before. If you are staying less than one week, this is not applicable. â€‹
